These Terms govern your access to and use of the BeautyRaena Academy website and the BeautyRaena Academy membership. By using this site or subscribing, you agree to them.
01Who we are
This website and the BeautyRaena Academy membership ("the Service") are operated by BeautyRaena LLC ("BeautyRaena," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. References to "you" mean the individual accessing the site or holding a membership.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or create an account. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
03What the membership is
BeautyRaena Academy is an educational subscription. It provides business, marketing, and operational training for beauty professionals through video lessons, written material, community access, and related resources. Membership is delivered and hosted through our course platform, Kajabi.
04Membership, billing & cancellation
- The membership is $97 per month, billed automatically each month to your chosen payment method until you cancel.
- Payments are processed through our checkout provider (Kajabi) and its payment processor. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
- You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current or prior billing periods.
- Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, payments are non-refundable. Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We may change the price or what the membership includes on a going-forward basis. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
05Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Memberships are for your individual use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
06Our content belongs to us
All lessons, videos, templates, frameworks, text, graphics, and other materials in the Academy are the property of BeautyRaena LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them for your own learning and your own business. You may not copy, record, redistribute, republish, resell, or teach our materials as your own, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, scraping or bulk-downloading content, sharing access, or interfering with its operation.
08No guarantee of results
09Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeautyRaena LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
11Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
