BeautyRaena wasn’t built because I knew business.
It was built because every stage of growth forced me to learn the next one.
I started my business at 19 in 2020 with no understanding of how to properly operate, manage, or scale a company.
Within my first year, BeautyRaena expanded beyond a single service into multiple operating divisions, integrating teams across services, e-commerce, and education.
By the time I turned 22, BeautyRaena had become bigger than me. It wasn’t just the demand that allowed us to grow—it was the operational foundation behind it. A product people believed in. Marketing that created consistent demand. A team that could support the growth. A community that reinforced the culture. And a constant commitment to building what came next.
Women weren’t just traveling to learn lashes—they were traveling to experience the culture, ask questions, and meet the founder behind the brand.
Some came for the education. Many left with something far greater: the belief that they could build a different future for themselves.
By sharing both the successes and the struggles behind my own journey, I watched women from across the United States begin believing in possibilities they had once thought were out of reach. Many found the confidence to pursue entrepreneurship, build businesses of their own, support their families, and create lives they once believed were impossible.
Looking back, the greatest impact wasn’t measured by the number of cities we traveled to or the number of students we trained. It was measured by the women who chose to believe in themselves. Their stories became part of BeautyRaena’s story.
Every graduate carried a different story, but many shared the same dream: to build something of their own.
Between classes, dinners, airports, and late-night conversations, I heard stories about difficult jobs, financial pressure, single mothers, family responsibilities, and the hope that one opportunity could change everything. Those conversations stayed with me.
BeautyRaena was never just about teaching lashes. It became about creating opportunities, restoring confidence, and proving to women that a different future was possible.
While my family remained the reason I started, these women became the reason I continued.
Growing up, my mom was always in the beauty industry. In elementary, I remember her coming home with her aesthetician textbooks and equipment, determined to pass her exams. There’d be times she’d come home to find me and my little sister playing with her school supplies… waxing each other’s eyebrows, armpits, even mustaches… I was 10. She introduced me to the beauty industry at a young age and at 19, I founded BeautyRaena.
BeautyRaena began as my dream. Today, it has become our family’s vision.
As we begin the BeautyRaena Salon journey together, we’re no longer just building a business.
We’re building a legacy, creating generational wealth, and laying the foundation for everything that comes next.
The journey inspired the mission.
The systems sustained the growth.
Inside BeautyRaena Academy, I share the operational framework, marketing strategies, and business systems that turned an idea into a company built to scale.
