I started at 19 in 2020 with no idea how to operate or scale a company. Within a year, BeautyRaena grew into multiple divisions — services, e-commerce, and education — and by 22 it had become bigger than me. I built the operational system behind it, and somewhere along the way I learned the real lesson: the mission has never changed, but the way I build has.
Every stage of demand introduced a new challenge. What started as teaching lashes gradually became learning operations, delegation, automations, sales systems, hiring, leadership, and building repeatable processes. Those lessons became the operational foundation that allowed BeautyRaena Academy to expand into more than 38 cities across the country.
As the business evolved, something else began to grow alongside it—a community. Women weren’t just traveling to learn lashes anymore. They were traveling to experience the culture, ask questions, build relationships, and become part of something bigger than a weekend training. What began as one entrepreneur’s journey became a movement that inspired thousands of women to believe they could build something of their own, too.
